What are your OH&S obligations?

The current standards state that a required exit must be readily openable without a key having a single hand downwards or pushing action on the inside on a single device and all fire exit doors are to be opening outwards. This applies to all building except sole occupancy unit with a floor area not more than 200 sqm in a class 5,6,7,8 building.
