Important note on receiving your delivery

If you are unable to remove the safe from the delivery truck you will be required to use TNT Technology Express

"TNT Technology Express - Sensitive Express" can provide delivery to a ground level entry door (via the tailgate) as long as there are no steps or stairs in the travel path. If you did not choose this courier in your quote request but we determine it's required we will update your request.

You must remove the safe from the delivery truck when using the following couriers

  • Northline General
  • Saleirs General
  • Searoad General
  • TNT Road Express

Important note regarding pick-up

Pick-up is available for selected products and from selected depots in metro VIC and metro NSW. If you selected pickup in your quote request, we will advise the pick-up locations available for your order. If you cannot pick-up from the available locations, we will update your request to include delivery.

How long will it take to receive my quote?

We aim to review all requests and provide a detailed quote within 1–2 business days. Our team manually reviews each request to ensure the courier or installation service selected is the most cost-effective and practical option for the specific weight of your safe. How do I know if I need "TNT Technology Express" instead of a standard courier?

If you do not have a forklift, a loading dock, or a team capable of lifting the safe off a standard delivery truck, you will likely require TNT Technology Express. This service includes a hydraulic tailgate to lower the safe to ground level. If we notice the safe's weight exceeds safe manual handling limits for your chosen courier, we will automatically update your quote to include this sensitive freight option.

What happens if there is no pick-up depot near me?

Pick-up is currently restricted to selected depots in Metro Victoria and Metro New South Wales. If you selected "Pick-up" but are located outside these areas—or if the specific product is not stocked at those depots—we will update your quote to the most efficient delivery option available to your address.

Can I change my delivery/installation preference after receiving the quote?

Absolutely. Your quote is a starting point. If you receive your quote and decide you would prefer professional installation rather than a standard delivery, simply reply to our email or contact us and we will adjust the details for you.

Does the "Delivered and Installed" option include bolting the safe down?

Yes. Our professional installation service is designed to get your safe into immediate service. This typically includes delivery into your premises and securing the safe to the floor (where applicable) to meet insurance and security requirements.
